Fall is here, and while the temperatures are still warm, it’s time to start thinking about items that you can add to your wardrobe for the next season. I truly don’t think anyone should be replacing a ton of items each season to keep up, but rather integrating a few key items to make your current items feel refreshed. This year, we are seeing tons of pops of red, animal print, chocolate browns, and fun shoes!!
Neutral Leopard Sneaker | Red Sneaker | Bag | Ballet Flats | Belt | Red Purse
This season, red is the “IT” color, and I’m not hating it! Power red is great for everyone, and doing it in small doses, like a great blazer, shoe, or bag, can really elevate any neutrals in your wardrobe.
Mesh Flats | Earrings | Cardigan | Blazer | Lipstick | Belt | Belt | Earrings | Sneaker | Bracelet | Purse
Blazer | Blouse | Jeans | Flats | Bag | Leopard Skirt outfit | Jean Jacket | Top | Pants | Bag | Red Adidas
I was looking back to see the last time animal print was trending this hard and it was around 2019! So if you kept those leopard belts, you are ahead of the game! This season, I’m also seeing a lot of leopard prints in silks, such as blouses, slip skirts, and slip dresses. If those are too much out of your comfort zone, pick up a necklace or a bag with just a pop of animal print to rock the trend.
Sunglasses | Purse | Slip Skirt | Necklace | Belt | Slingbacks | Watchband | Purse | Sneaker | Earrings
Veronica Beard Sneakers | Blouse | Trousers | Pumps | Purse | Leopard Uggs
It’s been a while since I’ve seen the genuine dark brown having a trend moment. Last year, we saw more of a milk chocolate brown, but this season, the dark chocolate is where it’s at! This is a great neutral that can easily be paired with nearly every color you pair with black, making it a softer option for all my black clothing lovers!
Sunglasses | Purse | 2 Piece Set | Trouser Pants | Sneakers | Purse | Cardigan | Pumps | Tank | Boots
Sweater | Animal Skirt | Belt | Boots | Cardigan | Black Top | Pants | Nude Pumps | Bag | Black Blazer | Slip Dress | Pumps | YSL Purse
Every fall, I feel like we start seeing leathers and suedes pop back into stores, but more than ever, suede bags and shoes are having a moment. Adding a suede bag can easily change a summer black dress to feel more fall and winter by just switching out the accessory!

This season, I’m really getting more into sneakers. They’re not just for casual wear; it’s becoming more and more acceptable to pair a great sneaker with trouser pants for a chic yet comfy work look. I love the bold reds, but I also love classic neutrals for fall.

Tan Vince Sneakers | Tan Adidas | Neutral New Balance | Neutral Nikes
This trend is coming from the “ballet core” trend we have been seeing for about a year. Think of all the hair bows and light pinks, and now it’s brought in the ballet flat with a strap. Now, no lie, it feels very preschool to me, especially paired with ruffle socks like I’ve seen on some younger girls. To keep this trend feeling age-appropriate, I like pairing it with jeans, wide-leg pants, or a slip skirt (without the socks). In fall, pops of red, leopard, nude, and mesh are trending hard!
